Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker is a proven sales leader with extensive experience in business development and customer relations. Having served as a Cost Analyst in the U.S. Air Force from 1991 to 1995, they later held several key roles including D.O.T. Sales Coordinator at Union Metal Industries from 1995 to 2000, Regional Sales Manager at GE from 2000 to 2007, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Polara in 2017. Currently, Matthew serves as the VP of Sales at Synapse ITS, where they oversee operations for multiple brands including Polara and EDI. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts in Education from Kent State University, along with pursuing an Accounting Diploma at Stevens-Henager College.
