David Pechar

David Pechar, PhD has over 14 years of experience in the medical and scientific affairs field. David currently holds the position of EVP and Associate Department Head at Medical Knowledge Group since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as EVP at Synapse Medical Communications from 2012. David also worked as a Medical Director at Grey Healthcare Group - Phase V Communications from 2010 and as a Senior Medical Writer at ACUMED from 2009. David began their career as a Medical Writer at Medicus International in 2007.

David Pechar, PhD pursued their education in a chronological manner. David completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley between 1994 and 1998. Following their undergraduate studies, they joined New York University to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, which they successfully accomplished between the years 2001 and 2007.
