Jeff Musa

Jeff Musa is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy, growth, and technology. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at SynapseMX, Inc., since June 2024, Jeff is instrumental in pursuing growth opportunities for the company's Aviation MRO platform, particularly in collaboration with the USAF. As President of One Moxie Ventures LLC since September 2008, Jeff has directed management and engineering consulting focused on innovative product and growth strategies for diverse clients. Previous roles include Strategic Initiatives at Research Innovations Incorporated, where Jeff contributed to the DoD's JADC2 modernization, and Vice President of Product at T-Worx Technologies, where Jeff led software product strategy and developed the Rail Operating System. Jeff's career also includes leadership roles at BluVue, Gravy, and Cutting Edge Software, the latter being the creator of Quickoffice. Jeff holds a B.A. in Computer Science, Business, and Communications from Virginia Tech.
