Mike Deraco

Mike Deraco is an experienced professional in the field of user experience and creative product management. Currently serving as the Director of Web & Creative Products at Synapse since September 2023, Mike previously held the role of Director of Creative & UX at YDOP from August 2016 to September 2023, where leadership of UX/UI initiatives and oversight of a team of developers and designers was central. Earlier career experience includes positions as Vice President of Production, QA Engineer, and Senior Procurement Specialist at Synapse Marketing Solutions from May 2008 to August 2016, as well as Shipping Manager at Sir Speedy from June 2005 to May 2008. Mike's career commenced in the United States Air Force, serving in Security Forces from June 1999 to June 2005. Mike graduated from Hempfield High School in 1999.
