Sylvain M. is a transition manager with extensive experience in IT project management and system integration. They worked at SIEDI from 1991 to 1997 as a systems engineer and developer, focusing on Windows NT server administration and user training across multiple countries. Since 2008, Sylvain has held various managerial roles, including overseeing the implementation of unified IT service desks and governance processes for clients like TotalEnergies and MGEN Technologies. Currently, they are pursuing their education at Université Paris 13 and continue to apply their expertise in managing transitions and optimizing IT processes.
