Chris C.

Chris C. has worked in the field of power transmission and sensing technologies for over 30 years. Chris began their career in 1992 as an Engineering Manager for Tyco Integrated Security, where they were responsible for project management of installation of fire & gas detection systems for marine and offshore installations. In 1998, they moved to Schlumberger-Sensa as a Sales Business Development Manager. From 2008 to 2018, they worked with a number of start-up businesses mostly involved in fibre optic sensing technologies. In 2018, they returned to Schlumberger-Sensa as a Business Development Manager. Currently, they are a Business Development Manager - Condition Monitoring at Synaptec, where they reduce electrical power transmission costs through reducing outages, preventing circuit damage, and minimising civil works.

Chris C. attended Ulster University, where they obtained a B.Eng Hons in Electronic Systems.
