Bill Boldenow

Bill Boldenow is an experienced entrepreneur and loan consultant with over 25 years in various industries. As the Founder and President of Synaptech Services since February 2023, Bill has leveraged a diverse background in business operations and success strategies. Bill has also served as a Senior Loan Consultant at Bill Boldenow's Mortgage Team since 2000, assisting numerous families with homeownership. In addition to these roles, Bill co-owns Turning Leaf Shops, which focuses on providing alternatives to smoking and expanding into health and wellness products, and is a co-owner at Puppy Play and Stay, a dog boarding and daycare facility. Furthermore, Bill co-founded Exterior Enterprises LLC in 2022, specializing in hardscape projects, and works as a Loan Consultant at loanDepot since February 2021, contributing expertise in a nationwide lending environment. Education was completed at Rosemount High School.
