Aradhana Jha

Aradhana Jha has 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Team Lead at Infinite Computing Systems, where they facilitated with the end objective of deploying and developing effective Human Resource to meet business needs. Aradhana also recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies.

In 2014, they moved to Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd., where they acted as Talent Acquisition Lead. Her roles and responsibilities included developing and maintaining a trusted advisor consultative relationship with clients and key stakeholders, independently conducting Weekend Walk-ins, managing a large workload in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and managing all account strategy, activities and relationships.

In 2016, they joined InstaLively (acquired by Hike Messenger) as HR Manager, where they assisted with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, handled end to end Talent Acquisition, and dealt with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

In 2017, they were promoted to HR Manager at Synaptic, where they fulfilled a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action, and managing HR records. Aradhana also conducted induction for new joinees and prepared and maintained various MIS Reports.

Aradhana Jha completed a PGDM-HR from the MIT School of Business in 2012, with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from BIT Mesra in 2010, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
