Harshita Pradhan

Harshita Pradhan has over 12 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Harshita began their career in 2009 as an Executive Admin & HR at Fiserv. In 2012, they moved to FIS as an Executive Admin & HR. In 2013, they joined Yepme.com as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, where they were responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement. In 2016, they moved to CARS24 as an Assistant Manager HR, and then to 1mg as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are employed at Synaptic as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Harshita Pradhan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business/Commerce, General from Manav Bharti University in 2012. Harshita attended Green Fields School prior to that.
