Ishan Sachdeva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

In 2017, Ishan worked at Untravel as an Operations Associate. Later in the same year, they transitioned into a role in Product Development. Ishan worked in these roles until July 2018.

From August 2018 to December 2020, Ishan worked at hate2wait as a Sr. Operations and Support Associate.

In January 2021, Ishan joined Everchimps Software as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for account management, product adoption, account growth, and ensuring customer success. Ishan actively communicated with clients to address challenges they encountered with the product. Ishan collaborated with cross-functional teams and assisted with urgent escalations and timely resolutions. Ishan also played a key role in planning and managing product development cycles.

Currently, Ishan is working at Synaptic as a Customer Support Associate, starting in February 2023.

Ishan Sachdeva attended the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
