P B Ashish began their work experience in 2019, joining Amazon as a Transaction Risk Investigator. P B worked in this position from August 2019 until April 2020. After that, in 2021, they joined ALCOR Fund as a Market Research Intern, working from October 2021 to January 2022. P B then moved on to Wint Wealth in 2022, where they worked as a Content Researcher from December 2022 until January 2023. From October 2022 to May 2023, they worked at Hudson's Bay Company as an Analyst in Risk Operations. Most recently, they started working at Synaptic as a Researcher I in May 2023.

P B Ashish completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained a certification in Investment Banking from the London Governance & Compliance Academy (LGCA) in March 2022.
