Syed Kashif Basit

Syed Kashif Basit has worked in various roles across different companies since 2013. Syed Kashif began their career as an Industrial Trainee at Ford India Private Limited, where they gained knowledge of the assembly line processes and specifications of the Ford 1.0L 3-cylinder and 2.0L 4-cylinder GDI engine. In 2014, they were a Technical Sales Engineer at Structural Solutions Private Limited, where they designed and deployed Vibration, Acoustic Testing and Condition Monitoring solutions at customers across diverse industries. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Graduate Research Student at University at Buffalo, where they analyzed the design and construction of a blackbody source along with an optical system as the sensing mechanism. In 2019, they worked as a Manager - Operations at Inficold, where they worked closely with the top management to provide end to end operational support to the organization to manufacture and supply Solar based Cold Storages and Milk Chilling Equipment. Syed Kashif also developed and maintained a thorough Bill of Material of the various products while incorporating continuous developments. In the same year, they were a Mechanical Design Intern at Dee Dee Labs Private Limited, where they assisted in the product development lifecycle of a Bionic Prosthetic. Currently, they are a Manager, Research at Synaptic and an AVP - Business Strategy & Operations at Tracxn.

Syed Kashif Basit completed their high school education in Science at Delhi Private School, Sharjah in 2010. Syed Kashif then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, which they completed in 2014. Syed Kashif continued their studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University at Buffalo, where they obtained a Master's degree in 2017. Syed Kashif also obtained a certification in Applied Business Analytics from ISB Executive Education in October 2022.
