Ujjain Bana has been working in the software engineering field since 2018. In 2021, they joined Synaptic as a Software Engineer 3 and were promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Prior to joining Synaptic, Ujjain Bana worked at Happay - Expense Management Solution for Businesses, where they held the roles of Software Development Engineer and Software Developer Internship.

Ujjain Bana completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad in 2018, having started the program in 2014.
