Alex Wang

Alex Wang is an experienced professional in the electronics and semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Director at Synaptics Incorporated since July 2017. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Site Director of Chengdu Design Center and VLSI Director at Conexant from August 2016 to July 2017. Alex's career began in 1995 at Shenzhen Tiantong micro electronics as an ASIC designer, followed by roles at Huawei from 1998 to 2002 as a Project Leader and ASIC designer. Alex advanced to several leadership positions at Sichuan NanshanBridge micro electronics from 2002 to 2009 and at Sichuan IPGoal micro electronics from 2009 to 2016, serving as VP, Product Manager, Chief Technical Director, and Director of SOC. Alex Wang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained in 1995.
