Amanda Coullahan

Amanda Coullahan is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as a Sr. Paralegal in Corporate & Securities at Synaptics Incorporated since April 2024. Prior to this, Amanda held positions as a Sr. Corporate Paralegal at HP and Poly, where responsibilities included managing board meeting materials and overseeing SEC filings. Amanda also spent over a decade at West Marine as a Legal & Corporate Governance Specialist, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements and handling various SEC filings.
