Bo Chen

Bo Chen has over two decades of experience in software and engineering management, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Synaptics Incorporated since June 2011, where leadership focuses on delivering touch and fingerprint solutions. Prior roles include Senior Director of Firmware and Software Engineering and Director of Software Engineering, with responsibilities spanning global team management and product development for various markets. Previous experience includes positions at Minerva Networks as Technical Manager and Software Engineer, as well as Technical Support Manager at OCZ Technology. Bo holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
