Bob Lain

Bob Lain is a seasoned professional in CAD and IT management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr. Director of CAD at Synaptics Incorporated since June 2023, Bob previously held similar senior director roles at TDK InvenSense from October 2016 to June 2023, and at Kilopass Technology, Inc. from March 2015 to August 2016, where responsibilities included strategic vision, budgeting, and team management. Earlier career roles include Director of CAD at multiple organizations such as Tabula, Unity Semiconductor, T-RAM, MicroUnity, and Programmable Microelectronics, as well as CAD Manager positions at Actel and Synergy Semiconductor.
