Cameron Lewis is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Synaptics Incorporated since March 2023. Previously, Cameron held the role of Director at AMD, overseeing multiple post-acquisition programs, including Covid Harmonization and Global Return to Office initiatives, after a tenure as Director at Xilinx, where responsibilities included leading the global COVID response and talent development strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Cadence Design Systems in HRIM and Learning Services, as well as training operations management at Symantec and Zamba, Inc. Cameron holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Kent State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Environmental Studies from Lake Forest College.
