Dean Hansen

Dean Hansen currently serves as the Sr. HR Technology Manager at Synaptics Incorporated, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Dean was with Vocera Communications as a Sr. HR Technology Manager / People Solutions Architect, contributing to the creation of a world-class employee experience and serving as the system owner for all HR applications. Dean's extensive background includes previous roles in recruitment, HR consulting, and management in various industries, including semiconductor and aerospace. Notably, leadership positions have included overseeing HR operations for 450 healthcare employees at LIFE STEPS FOUNDATION, INC, managing HRIS at NORTHERN CALIFORNIA PRESBYTERIAN HOMES & SERVICES, and providing global HRIS product support at SuccessFactors. Dean holds an Associate's Degree in Facility Operations from the Security Management Institute and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
