Eddie

Eddie, CS Juan, is a highly experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Staff Product Engineer at 新思國際科技有限公司 since July 2022. Prior to this role, Eddie worked at TSMC from February 2005 to June 2022, focusing on process integration with responsibilities that included yield improvement, BKM evaluation, risk assessment, and verification of return cases. Additionally, Eddie has expertise in EDA analysis, 8D, FMEA, SPC control, and failure analysis using SEM and TEM techniques.
