James Teng

James Teng is an experienced Staff Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer at Synaptics since February 2013, previously holding the position of Analog IC Designer at Freescale Semiconductor from January 2007 to December 2012. Prior to this, James Teng was involved with MarketThoughts LLC as a subscriber from 2006 to 2012 and worked at Texas Instruments as an Analog IC Designer from August 1998 to March 2006. James Teng began a career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an electrician in the 1st Force Service Support Group from September 1986 to July 1992. Academically, James Teng earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley between 1992 and 1995, followed by a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution from 1996 to 1998.
