Most recently, Joseph held the positions of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Cloud at Synaptics Incorporated from April 2024 to October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of IT Enterprise Applications and various leadership roles at Simpson Strong-Tie from April 2016 to September 2023. Joseph also worked at Atmel Corporation as Director of IT Platforms, Architecture & Infrastructure, and at KLA-Tencor as Sr. Manager of Enterprise Applications/Project Delivery. Joseph began the career at BearingPoint as a Manager after earning a B.S. in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 1993.
