Kevin Yu is an experienced professional in packaging engineering, currently serving as Package Engineering Manager and previously as Staff Packaging Engineer at 新思國際科技有限公司 since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at ASE Group Global, including Senior Technical Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed SiP module product promotion and IC packaging development.
