Michaela Ferrato currently serves as Sr. Director Sales for EMEA at Synaptics Incorporated, a position held since May 2023, and is also the Founder and CEO of LVL HTECH CONSULTING, established in 2018, which specializes in advising technology companies on global sales and business development strategies. Prior roles include VP Sales and Business Development EMEA & NA at Celeno from 2019 to 2023, and Head of EMEA DBS Strategic Sales at BROADCOM from 2005 to 2017. Michaela's extensive career began at ALCATEL Microelectronics and includes significant positions at VLSI Technology, IBM Technology Group, and an early role as International Sales Manager. Michaela holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA, an IBM Client Executive Program certification from INSEAD, and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Isep.
