Pam Fields

Pam Fields currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Corporate & Securities at Synaptics Incorporated, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this, Pam Fields was Of Counsel at Bartko Zankel Bunzel & Miller from November 2022 to December 2024 and held roles at Poly, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from March 2019 to November 2022, focusing on corporate governance, securities law compliance, and global employment law. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at West Marine, Inc., where Pam Fields acted as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and previous positions as General Counsel at Willsfield Productions, Inc. and Associate at Certilman, Haft, Lebow, Balin, Buckley & Kremer. Pam Fields holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz.
