Paul Liu

Paul (Poliang) Liu is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and hardware engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of System and Hardware Platform Engineering at Synaptics Incorporated since August 2020. With a robust background that includes leadership roles at Broadcom, Intel, and ITRI, Paul specializes in WLAN, Bluetooth, and IoT technologies. Significant achievements include managing product life cycles for advanced wireless technologies at Intel and leading hardware system teams at Broadcom. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Telecommunication and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, as well as an MBA in Project Management.
