Rob Shane

Rob Shane currently serves as the Vice President of Americas Sales & Applications at Synaptics Incorporated, a position held since December 2025, focusing on leadership within the Americas sales and field applications teams. Prior to this role, Rob Shane spent over eight years at Silicon Labs, initially as the West Region Sales Director for the Americas and later as the Global VP of Mass Market Sales and Applications.
