Stella Carpio

Stella Carpio currently serves as the Culture and Engagement Manager at Synaptics Incorporated, starting in May 2024. Prior to this role, Stella held the position of Senior Manager - Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Stanford Health Care, where responsibilities included the management of Employee Resource Groups and supporting the DEI component of the company's strategic plan. Stella's experience includes significant roles at Salesforce as a Senior Program Manager for Equality & Talent and at Cloudera as a Program Manager focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additionally, Stella has a diverse background with Virgin America - Alaska Airlines working on the InFlight Project Management team, and has held leadership roles in customer experience and strategic partnerships at SLOANE and MRC Smart Technology Solutions. Academic qualifications include an M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Syracuse University, along with a BA in American Studies and an Associate's degree in Intercultural Studies.
