Steven Shih

Steven Shih has extensive experience in sales management, particularly within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at Synaptics Incorporated since November 2010, Steven focuses on engaging with PC OEMs and driving business design wins through cross-regional collaboration. Previously, as a Regional Sales Manager at Synaptics, Steven managed the Japanese PC and peripheral OEMs' business, developing sales strategies and penetrating new markets. Steven also held the position of Technical Sales Manager, where responsibilities included sales and technical support for the Japanese market, as well as strategic consulting for business planning and sales strategy development. Before joining Synaptics, Steven worked as a Senior FAE at AMD and as a Technical Sales Manager at VIA. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Chung Hua University.
