Susan Hardman

Susan Hardman currently serves as a Board Member at Synaptics Incorporated since May 2020. Previously, Susan held multiple senior leadership roles at Intersil, including Senior VP of Specialty Products and VP/GM of Automotive & Specialty, from August 2004 until its acquisition by Renesas in April 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as VP/GM at Exar Corporation and as Director of Marketing at VLSI Technology from 1989 to 1997. Susan Hardman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
