William Cheng is a seasoned professional in the field of security architecture, currently serving as the Chief Security Architect at Synaptics Incorporated since November 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Technical Manager and Security Architect at MediaTek Inc., where expertise was applied to smartphone SoC, IoT, and automotive HSM security, as well as FIPS 140-2 and GlobalPlatform evaluations.
