Matt Gilbert is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Founder of Synapto since January 2024, Matt previously held significant roles at Pollinate, including Global Client Implementation Director and Head of PMO for the Natwest Tyl Delivery Programme. Matt's expertise includes leadership positions at Gilbert Sands and Company, P2 Consulting, and RSA, where responsibilities involved working closely with executive teams to define data strategies and manage transformative programs. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at Kaboom Ventures and program management at WorldPay, as well as a solid foundation in technology consulting with Accenture UK. Matt holds a BMus (Hons) degree from King's College London.
