Maya Grozin

Maya Grozin currently serves as Head of Operations at Synapx since April 2024 and as an Ambassador for LMF NETWORK since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Maya worked at Accenture from September 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included agile training, coaching, and consultancy for various clients, delivering product management projects, and leading significant initiatives on AWS. Earlier experiences include roles in project management and customer service across organizations such as Loughborough University and Waitrose. Maya holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Loughborough Business School, complemented by study abroad experiences at City University of Hong Kong and The University of Western Australia.
