Tushara U is currently a BizOps Manager at Synapx, focusing on building impactful products in the tech industry. Previously, Tushara worked as a Functional Quality Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services and completed a summer internship at HPCL North Zone Allied Retail Business. Their journey in product management began during an APM Fellowship at NextLeap, where they developed a range of skills, including wireframing and data analysis.
