Alicia Hing

Alicia Hing is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in business partnering and human resource management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director, Business Partner at Synapxe since July 2019, Alicia previously held roles such as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at JLL and People Business Partner at Sage. Other notable positions include Human Resources Manager for Progress Software in the APJ region and Senior Human Resources Manager at SingTel, where Alicia managed HR operations for a large workforce across multiple countries. With a solid educational background that includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York, as well as diplomas in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore, Alicia possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational change management.
