David Chua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public sector IT management and health programmes. Currently serving as the Director of the Centre of Programme Management and Director of Population Health at Synapxe since April 2022, David leads the Healthier SG programme for the Ministry of Health and Integrated Health Information Systems. Prior roles include Head of Business Development for the Singapore Public Sector at Amazon Web Services and Cluster Director for the Health Cluster at GovTech Singapore. David has also held significant positions within the Ministry of Health Singapore, driving digitalisation and IT transformation, and worked with Hewlett-Packard as an Account Executive and Project Manager overseeing major IT projects. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
