They previously served as the Founding CEO of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, where they played a crucial role in creating Singapore's first integrated healthcare development. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Singapore General Hospital and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the National University Health System, Hee-Jug has consistently focused on enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. They hold a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from UCLA Anderson, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
