Joleen Seto

Joleen Seto is a seasoned program and project management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and innovation sectors. Currently serving as the Program Management Office Lead and IT Project Manager at Synapxe, Joleen manages critical hospital systems and oversees the migration of the Sunrise Clinical Manager EMR system. As a co-founder of Citizen Innovation, Joleen has established an international innovation network and organized various global innovation events. Additionally, as the Lead Organiser for AsianInvent Singapore, Joleen successfully attracted a diverse array of competitors for international events. Joleen's entrepreneurial spirit extends to consulting with Les Robotique, focusing on business growth through data-driven solutions. With previous project management roles at ADI Designs, Ezen General, and Portege Pte Ltd, Joleen has developed a comprehensive skill set in stakeholder management, requirements analysis, and operational efficiency. Academic credentials include two MBA degrees from City St George’s, University of London and Bayes Business School, along with diplomas in Business Practice and Digital Media Design.
