Joseph Chua is an experienced Lead Analyst at Synapxe since June 2018, contributing to the nationwide NGEMR project initiated by MOHH, where responsibilities include collaborating with clinical end-users, external system vendors, and key stakeholders to enhance healthcare efficiency for Singapore's aging population.
