Leon Chang

Leon Chang has a diverse work experience in risk management, information security, and technology roles. Leon is currently working at Synapxe as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Assistant Chief Executive. Prior to this, they held various positions at Deutsche Bank, including APAC Head of Information and Resilience Risk Management, APAC Head of Corporate Security and Business Continuity Management, and APAC Head of Business Continuity Management. Leon also worked at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as the Director of Specialist Risk Supervision. Earlier in their career, they held roles at UBS as Regional COO of Information Technology and IT Head in Taiwan, and at Commonwealth Bank as a Treasury Technology Manager and FX Trader.

Leon Chang has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Economic and Accounting from the University of Sydney, and a degree in Business Computing from the University of Western Sydney.
