Raymond Poon

Raymond Poon currently serves as the Digital Communications Team Lead at Synapxe, a position held since November 2023. Previously, from April 2011 to November 2023, Raymond was the Assistant Director at GovTech Singapore, where expertise in social media and editorial strategy was demonstrated by leading a communications team in developing content strategies that support organizational objectives. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Corporate & Marketing Communications at GovTech, overseeing a team of channel managers to ensure alignment of digital communications with key objectives, and as Corporate Communications Senior Executive at the National Council of Social Service, focusing on public relations and communications. Early career experience includes being a Writer and Online Content Producer at Singapore Press Holdings. Raymond holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Communication and Media Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
