Simon Mui

Simon Mui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security management. Currently serving as the Head of Security Engineering at Synapxe since November 2022, Simon has previously held significant roles such as Head of IT Audit and Data Analytics at GIC, Chief Information Security Officer at Vietnam Prosperity Bank, and Director of Cyber Security at GovTech Singapore. With a solid foundation in information security governance and risk management, Simon has contributed to organizations like JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities included managing security across multiple countries and overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from California State University - East Bay.
