Victor Tay

Victor Tay serves as the Director at Synapxe since April 2024, focusing on the development of Command, Control & Communications systems for Public Healthcare Institutions to enhance operational and crisis management capabilities. Previously, Victor held various leadership roles at DSTA from June 1993 to July 2024, including Director of Systems Engineering and C3 Centre, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale Command and Control systems for defense and security, as well as Director of the National Security Programme Centre, overseeing national security capabilities. Additional roles include Deputy Director for Networked Systems and Technology, Head of Capability Development in Modeling and Simulation, and Project Engineer early in the career. Victor holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
