Ping Y. is the CEO and Founder of Synbio Technologies, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to this, they served as General Manager of GENEWIZ China and held leadership roles in global gene synthesis and molecular biology at GENEWIZ from 2009 to 2012. Ping began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow and later a Research Instructor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 1999 to 2006, and they also worked at GenScript as a Senior Scientist from 2007 to 2008. Ping holds a PhD in Pharmacology from China Pharmaceutical University and a degree in Pharmacogenetics and Clinical Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
