Robert Dawe has a long history of work experience in various industries. In 2007, they began their career as an Assistant Manager at EB Games. In 2013, they moved to Site Dudes as a Client Care and Retention specialist. In 2014, Robert joined Nelvana as a Graphic Designer, where they were responsible for creating assets for the company's globally-recognized brands, as well as signage and promotional elements in support of the marketing & licensing departments. In 2015, they took on two roles, at Corus Entertainment as a Freelance Graphic Designer and at 411.ca as a Web Specialist. In 2016, they began working at Shopify as a Guru. Most recently, in 2019, Robert joined Sync.com as a Customer Support Team Lead, where they are responsible for contributing to the interview and hiring process for new Support Team employees, and collaborating to standardize (and continue to improve) the onboarding and training processes for new Sync.

Robert Dawe attended George Brown College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design.
