Geofrey Ochs is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the technical apparel industry, serving as Board Member and Senior Advisor, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of SYNC Performance since its co-founding in 2013. Under Geofrey's leadership, SYNC has transformed from an initial concept into a profitable multi-million dollar venture. Key achievements include driving e-commerce sales growth of 570%, managing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, negotiating significant sponsorships, and successfully launching a Kickstarter campaign that raised over $54,000. Prior experience includes coaching youth athletes at the Ski and Snowboard Club Vail and management roles at the Sankaty Head Golf Club. Geofrey holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing from Boston College.
