Blake Denison

Blake Denison has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as an Account Resolution Specialist and Assistant Property Manager at SYNC Residential since August 2018. In this role, Blake oversees comprehensive operations, including maintenance, lease administration, budgeting, and resident relations, while leading a cohesive team to enhance performance and minimize turnover. Prior to SYNC Residential, Blake worked as a Leasing Manager at RADCO Residential, where responsibilities included training and supporting Leasing Specialists and implementing resident retention programs. Blake began a career in leasing as a Leasing Specialist at Cottonwood Residential, where assistance was provided to prospective residents in finding new homes and managing rental payments.
