Syncd Health is a Berlin company building structured pre-therapy care. In Germany, people with statutory health insurance waited 142 days on average from the first consultation with a psychotherapist to the start of therapy (2019 data). The search often wears people out before they reach care. Today we offer calls in English with co-founder Amber Hoffman: a free 15-minute intro and a 45-minute call that ends with the next steps in writing. The calls are practical orientation in the German care system, not therapy or treatment. Next, we are building tools so the same help reaches many more people.
