Thomas Goodwin

Thomas Goodwin has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Courtesy Clerk at Albertsons Companies. In 2019, they joined the Texas A&M Transportation Institute as a Student Coordinator until December 2020. Simultaneously, in 2019, they became an ECOS Fellow at Texas A&M University and held this role until May 2022. Thomas then worked as a Back End Developer at SynchroGrid from June to August 2021, where they focused on algorithm analysis, backend API implementation, and test automation. From August 2021 to May 2022, they served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Texas A&M University College of Engineering, specializing in machine learning models to reduce heating costs in East Asian style heating units. Additionally, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in the same period. Thomas recently joined SynchroGrid in May 2022 as a Scientific Software Engineer.

Thomas Goodwin earned their Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from Texas A&M University from 2018 to 2022.
