Adeleke Omole

Adeleke (Dele) Omole is a highly experienced engineer and manager with a robust background in test and evaluation within military and defense systems. Currently serving as the Senior Test and Evaluation Manager at Synchron, LLC since September 2022, Adeleke is also an AMD CFT Integrator at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command. Previously, Adeleke held the position of Lead Analyst/Chief Engineer at the Army Test and Evaluation Command's Army Evaluation Center from June 2002 to April 2024, responsible for evaluating Army Air Defense systems. With earlier roles as Test and Evaluation/System Engineer Lead and Supervisor at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Adeleke has demonstrated leadership by overseeing engineering teams and defining system requirements. Adeleke holds a Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Haven, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering from City University of New York.
